JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using Java technologies.
Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/middle developers.
Collaborate with Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality products.
Participate in system architecture design and technology improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience in Java development.
Strong knowledge of Java Core, OOP principles, and Design Patterns.
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
