JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze requirements and design, develop backend applications using Python.
Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems.
Work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI.
Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Integrate systems with third-party services through APIs, message queues, or event-driven architectures.
Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance in production environments.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Python development.
Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of database design, SQL and NoSQL.
Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, system design, and performance optimization skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
