JOB DESCRIPTION
Web development project for store operations in home center and apparel retail
Work directly with Japanese clients on requirement definition
Handover requirements to the offshore team in Vietnam
Manage progress, deliverable quality, and client reporting
Involved in retail framework-based development and AI adoption
Team size: Japan 2–3 members / Vietnam 10–15 members
REQUIREMENTS
Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above
3+ years of BrSE experience
Experience in requirement definition and design
Experience in client communication
Knowledge of or experience in UI/UX
Knowledge of or experience in AI
BENEFITS
Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).
