JOB DESCRIPTION
Own and drive mission-critical programs, ensuring successful delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments aligned with business and client objectives.
Lead end-to-end project delivery (planning → execution → monitoring → closure), ensuring commitments on scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
Establish and enforce project governance frameworks (PMO standards, reporting, risk/issue/change control) to ensure delivery predictability and transparency.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to project delivery.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Security domains.
Perform effort estimation, cost management, and financial tracking, ensuring optimal resource utilization and target margin achievement.
Act as the primary accountable leader for delivery, working closely with onsite teams and customers to ensure high satisfaction.
Drive client engagement at senior levels (CxO / stakeholders), building long-term trust and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
Lead resource planning and team development, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) between customers, onsite teams, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, PMO governance, and continuous improvement programs.
Ensure delivery excellence, focusing on quality, predictability, operational efficiency, and business value realization.
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in Senior PM / Program Manager role
Proven experience managing large-scale projects or multi-project programs (20+ MM)
Strong experience in at least one domain: Cloud / Data Platform / AI / Security
Hands-on experience in Agile / Hybrid delivery models
Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and enterprise architecture
Experience working with global clients (Japan / Singapore is a plus)
Minimum Japanese language: level N2.
