We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Content Marketing Manager to develop compelling content that educates, engages, and converts enterprise audiences. This role will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to build content that drives pipeline growth and supports the full customer journey.

Define clear solution narratives, positioning, and messaging by industry and use case

Turn insights from Product, Delivery, and Sales into expert-level content

Create high-impact assets (POV, whitepapers, case studies, solution pages, landing pages)

Partner with Sales to develop tailored content for key accounts and priority opportunities.

Translate complex solutions into clear business value for enterprise customers

Contribute to thought leadership that positions us as a trusted advisor

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills (B2B, expert-level)

5–7+ years of experience in Solution Marketing / Product Marketing / B2B Marketing

Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, consulting, or outsourcing

Ability to connect customer pain points → solution → business impact

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Sales teams

Strong English proficiency (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent)

Able to write and communicate professionally in English

Ability in Japanese or Korean is a plus to work in international environments

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
