JOB DESCRIPTION
Design UI/UX for web & mobile (responsive).
Collaborate with BA/PM and Developers to analyze requirements.
Build user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on real business logic.
Design B2B/data-heavy systems (dashboards, tables, forms). Handle UI states.
Build & maintain Design System:
Ensure consistency in layout, spacing, and typography.
Optimize UX based on customer feedback.
Ensure products are responsive, highly usable, and tailored to each market.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in UI/UX and Web design.
Proficient in Figma, wireframing & prototyping, Sketch/Adobe XD (optional).
UX testing and improvement
Systems thinking mindset with a focus on improving end-user UI/UX.
Understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, UI/UX principles, and interaction design.
Systems-oriented thinking (design systems, component-based design).
