JOB DESCRIPTION
Work on business system development projects for Japanese clients, taking on responsibilities aligned with your experience and skill set• Develop enterprise web systems and business applications• Handle detailed design, development, unit testing, integration testing, maintenance, and operations• Support basic design, requirement clarification, specification review, and design document preparation/review depending on project scope• Coordinate specifications, progress, and quality matters with Japan-side stakeholders• Collaborate with offshore development teams when required• Project assignment will be determined based on your experience, technical background, and language capability• Gain opportunities to grow into SE, BrSE, upstream engineering, or PM support roles through development projects for the Japanese market
REQUIREMENTS
Required experience:• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above)• 3+ years of system development experience• Development experience in Java, C#, .NET, PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python• Experience in detailed design, development, and testing• Ability to work flexibly on projects for Japanese clientsPreferred experience:• Chinese language skills• Experience in basic design or requirements clarification• Experience in client communication, progress management, and review handling• Experience working with multicultural teams• Experience as a BrSE, PL, or PM
BENEFITS
Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).
