JOB DESCRIPTION
e looking for a Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer with strong OmniStudio (Vlocity) experience to join an active, large-scale banking programme.
Salesforce & FSC Development
Hands-on development across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including FSC data model extensions (Parties, Financial Accounts, Relationships, Action Plans).
Design and implement Apex (classes, triggers, batch/async) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Apply strong judgement on declarative vs programmatic solutions in enterprise environments.
Build and maintain OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Deliver reusable OmniStudio patterns suitable for high-volume banking use cases (onboarding, servicing, KYC).
CI/CD & Environments (Mandatory)
Work within established CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce delivery.
Support deployments across multiple environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod).
Experience with tools such as Copado, Git based pipelines, or equivalent enterprise CI/CD tooling.
Adhere to enterprise release management, version control, and deployment standards.
Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with core banking and downstream systems.
Support data mapping, migration, and reconciliation activities.
Delivery & Ways of Working
Work closely with architects and functional leads in Agile delivery teams.
Participate in sprint ceremonies aligned to Indochina timezone working hours.
Produce concise technical documentation where required.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Hands-on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience
Strong OmniStudio (Vlocity) experience — OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures
Prior delivery experience with at least one large / Tier-1 bank
Experience operating in regulated, enterprise-scale environments
Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce security knowledge
Ability to work full-time aligned to Indochina timezone (GMT+7)
Immediate or near-immediate availability
Banking onboarding, servicing, or KYC experience
Consulting or multi-vendor delivery experience
Salesforce certifications (nice to have, not mandatory)
