Job Description – ServiceNow Developer (Junior – Mid Level)
Vị trí: ServiceNow Developer
Giai đoạn đầu: Onsite training tại Singapore
Sau đó: Làm việc trực tiếp tại site khách hàng (Singapore, Việt Nam hoặc địa điểm khách hàng chỉ định)
Tham gia đào tạo ServiceNow tại Singapore để nắm vững nền tảng và quy trình của khách hàng.
Phát triển, cấu hình và tùy chỉnh các ứng dụng trên ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM…).
Viết script, workflow, business rules, UI policies, và integration theo yêu cầu dự án.
Hỗ trợ triển khai các tính năng mới, kiểm thử và khắc phục sự cố kỹ thuật.
Phối hợp với Consultant/Architect để đảm bảo giải pháp phù hợp với yêu cầu nghiệp vụ.
Đóng góp vào việc cải tiến quy trình phát triển và vận hành ServiceNow.
REQUIREMENTS
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc liên quan.
Có kiến thức cơ bản về ServiceNow hoặc các hệ thống ITSM (ưu tiên ứng viên đã có chứng chỉ CSA – Certified System Administrator).
Kinh nghiệm từ 1–3 năm trong phát triển phần mềm hoặc quản trị hệ thống (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API).
Hiểu biết về quy trình ITIL là một lợi thế.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt để tham gia training và làm việc onsite.
Tinh thần học hỏi, khả năng làm việc nhóm và giải quyết vấn đề.
Được đào tạo chuyên sâu về ServiceNow tại Singapore.
Cơ hội phát triển lên các vị trí Senior Developer, Technical Consultant hoặc Architect.
Môi trường làm việc quốc tế, tiếp xúc trực tiếp với khách hàng lớn.

Working hour from: 08:30am to 05:30pm. From Monday to Friday.
