JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and maintain backend systems using Golang
Design and build RESTful APIs / Microservices
Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL)
Optimize performance, scalability, and system reliability
Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
Participate in code reviews and improve development processes
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years of backend development experience, preferably with Golang
Strong proficiency in Golang (goroutines, channels, concurrency)
Solid understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis, etc.)
Authentication (JWT, OAuth2)
Caching and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ is a plus)
Experience with Docker and CI/CD is a plus
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Good teamwork and self-learning ability
