JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparing contracts, quotations, and proposals
Drafting sales documents and service materials
Tracking contract signing and payment progress
Coordinate between Sales and internal teams (delivery, legal, finance, etc.)
2. Work with Thai Customers
Communicate with Thai customers via email and meetings in Thai
Support handling documentation and administrative procedures
Provide interpretation support when required
3. Documentation & Process Management
Maintain and manage sales documents and contracts
Track and update deal pipeline status
Support standardization of sales processes and materials
4. Sales Development Path
Participate in basic presales activities:
Understanding customer requirements
Supporting proposal preparation
Gradually engage in real sales opportunities
Receive training and development toward Sales/Account Manager roles
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Thai (both spoken and written)
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Languages, or related fields preferred)
Good communication, organization, and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and responsible
Strong interest in Sales / Business Development career path
Experience in sales support, admin, or customer-facing roles
English communication skills
Knowledge of IT / outsourcing industry is a plus
