Job Description: Hospitality Platform Developer (Canary/Trevo)
Hospitality Platform Developer (Integration & Customization)
To design, integrate, and optimize hospitality technology solutions using Canary Technologies or Trevo Hospitality Platform, enhancing guest experience and streamlining hotel operations.
Integrate Canary/Trevo with PMS, CRM, payment gateways, and smart lock systems.
Develop APIs and microservices to support guest management, contactless check-in/out, upselling, and digital identity verification.
Customize workflows for hotel operations (kiosk check-in, mobile key, AI guest messaging).
Ensure compliance with data security standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR) and fraud prevention.
Support deployment of Trevo kiosks or Canary modules in hotel environments.
Monitor system logs, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance.
Collaborate with operations teams to optimize guest experience and reduce front desk workload.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–3 years of software development experience, preferably in hospitality or fintech.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSocket.
Hands-on experience with Canary Technologies API or Trevo SDK/kiosk integration.
Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, Mews) and smart lock solutions (Assa Abloy, Salto).
Security expertise: PCI-DSS, OAuth2, JWT.
Advantageous: experience with AI chatbots, voice assistants, biometric verification.
Good English communication skills (technical documentation and vendor collaboration).
Previous implementation of Canary/Trevo in hotels or resorts.
Experience with Stripe, Adyen, PayPal API.
Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
