JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruiting personnel for the production division, including all Dev, BA, PM, PO positions, and some Back Office positions from Junior level upwards.
Searching, screening, and evaluating candidates to select those suitable for recruitment requirements.
Organizing and conducting interview procedures according to company regulations.
Communicating, posting job advertisements, and building the recruitment brand of VTI Vietnam.
Coordinating and supporting relevant departments to expand relationships with top IT universities to recruit fresh graduates and promote the VTI brand.
Assisting with Marketing, Media, and Employer Branding.
Performing other tasks as required by management.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment: Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Collaborators, etc.
Experience in liaising with IT universities and strong student interaction skills.
Passionate about recruitment, proactive, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills are an advantage.
