Project Overview• Join a large-scale infrastructure modernization project to migrate a major SaaS platform from an on-premises environment to AWS• Work on the design, build, and operation of cloud infrastructure that requires strong security, high availability, scalability, and stable post-go-live operations• Contribute to the infrastructure workstream of a large-scale DX project supporting a major user base and complex business operations◆ Design, Build, and Migration• Design AWS infrastructure in detail, including network, security, availability, and operations• Design migration approaches and cutover plans, including Blue/Green, back-out, and rollback strategies• Support the build of cloud environments, primarily on AWS, and the setup of CI/CD pipelines• Support system and data migration from the existing on-premises environment to the cloud• Create operation manuals and design/configure monitoring tools and alerts◆ Post-Go-Live Operations, Monitoring, and Improvement• Monitor the operation and availability of cloud systems built with a microservices architecture• Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, escalate to the development team, and support root-cause resolution• Operate and manage data pipelines connecting the core system with the AI/Data platform• Tune system performance and propose improvements for cloud cost optimization

Required experience:• Business-level communication skills in Japanese (N2 or above)• Approximately 3+ years of experience in AWS infrastructure design and build• Experience in operations, maintenance, and monitoring of enterprise systems• Basic knowledge and hands-on operational skills in Linux environments• Experience in cloud infrastructure security design, including KMS, WAF, certificates, and least-privilege IAM design• Hands-on experience with IaC, such as Terraform or CloudFormation• Operational experience in a public cloud environment, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP• Basic understanding of container technologies and microservices architecture, such as Docker/KubernetesPreferred experience:• Experience migrating from on-premises environments to AWS, including Blue/Green approaches• Experience with financial systems, systems handling personal information, or SOC2/compliance-related projects• Experience operating Db2, PostgreSQL, or Aurora infrastructure, or experience with SSO integration• AWS certifications such as SAA, SAP, or equivalent• Experience using monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana

Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).

Salary Increase: Annually in August.

Housing Allowance: 30,000 yen per month.

Transportation Allowance: Up to 35,000 yen per month.

Client Visit Expenses: 100% of travel expenses for client visits are covered.

Dependent Support: Spouse: 10,000 yen per month. Each child: 10,000 yen per month.
