JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as the onsite BrSE in Nagoya for system development projects using C# and VB.NET• Work directly with Japanese clients to clarify requirements, business context, and specifications• Turn incomplete documents and specifications into structured, development-ready documentation• Break down requirements and assign work to the offshore team after understanding the business context• Support ICT projects across business systems, core systems, enterprise software, and solutions for enterprise, education, and public-sector domains• Help standardize onsite-offshore collaboration for stable long-term delivery
REQUIREMENTS
Required experience:• 3+ years of development experience with C# and/or VB.NET• Onsite BrSE experience bridging Japanese clients and offshore teams• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 or native level, with the ability to lead client-facing requirement discussions and specification explanations• Experience creating documentation from incomplete documents or specifications• Experience breaking down and coordinating tasks for offshore teamsPreferred experience:• Experience developing business systems or core systems• Experience with .NET and SQL/RDB• Experience or knowledge of AWS and AI integration• Experience in ICT projects for enterprise, education, public-sector, or core system domains
BENEFITS
Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).
