JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead cloud infrastructure delivery for a major credit card client in Japan• Manage an onsite team of 5–7 Cloud Infrastructure engineers• Design, build, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure across AWS / Azure / GCP• Plan work, track progress, and report directly to the Japanese client• Balance hands-on technical work with team leadership and client communication• Support future expansion from onsite delivery to an offshore collaboration model
REQUIREMENTS
Required experience:• Japanese proficiency at N2 or above for direct client communication• 5+ years of Cloud Infrastructure experience across AWS / Azure / GCP• AWS SAA certification or higher, SAP preferred• Experience leading technical teams of 3+ members• Experience in work planning, progress tracking, and client reportingPreferred experience:• Experience with financial services, credit card, or high-security systems• Experience working onsite with Japanese clients• Experience coordinating with offshore teams or expanding offshore deliverymodels
BENEFITS
Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).
Salary Increase: Annually in August.
Housing Allowance: 30,000 yen per month.
