JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle BrSE responsibilities for AWS cloud infrastructure projects with Japanese clients• Coordinate between Japanese clients and an offshore team of 3–5 members during AWS infrastructure design, implementation, and operations• Gather requirements, clarify technical details, and communicate them clearly to the offshore team• Review technical documents, design materials, and deliverables produced by the offshore team• Prepare, translate, and standardize bilingual technical documentation in Japanese and Vietnamese• Manage offshore tasks, track progress, and support issue resolution• Communicate directly with Japanese clients regarding requirements, progress, and technical topics
REQUIREMENTS
Required experience:• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or above, with the ability to communicate directly with Japanese clients• 2+ years of practical AWS experience• AWS SAA certification or higher• Experience preparing technical documentation in both Japanese and Vietnamese• Ability to manage tasks, track progress, and communicate technical requirements clearlyPreferred experience:• BrSE experience in IT or Cloud projects• Experience collaborating directly with offshore teams• JLPT N1 or equivalent business Japanese proficiency
BENEFITS
Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).
