JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Banking & Financial Services team, focusing on Warehouse Management System (WMS), Inventory Management, Asset Management, and related enterprise solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with Business Users, Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Development Teams to analyze business requirements and deliver scalable warehouse management solutions integrated with banking systems.
Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Analyze As-Is and To-Be business processes.
Perform gap analysis and impact assessment.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Define functional and non-functional requirements.
Create User Stories, Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria.
Define business rules and process workflows.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech.
Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP or Asset Management projects.
Experience working on enterprise-scale implementations.
