Conduct business hearings with retail and distribution clients across store and head office operations• Identify operational issues such as process dependency, labor shortages, and store workload• Plan and propose digital transformation, labor optimization, and automation solutions• Handle requirement definition, business process design, and proposal documentation• Communicate requirements, coordinate specifications, and support acceptance activities with offshore development teams• Serve as the primary client contact for progress updates, issue handling, and expectation management• Propose suitable implementation approaches by balancing client needs, expected impact, and development costs

Required experience:• Native or equivalent Japanese proficiency for direct client communication• Experience in requirement definition, business process design, or client interviews• Retail, distribution, or supermarket domain knowledge, or relevant SI / consulting experience• Client issue analysis and solution proposal skills• Japanese upstream documentation skills• Coordination skills with offshore or external development teamsPreferred experience:• Multi-store retail operations experience• DX, automation, or labor optimization proposal experience• Preliminary cost estimation experience• English communication skills for offshore coordination

Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).

Salary Increase: Annually in August.

Housing Allowance: 30,000 yen per month.

Client Visit Expenses: 100% of travel expenses for client visits are covered.
