JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Create Content to Drive Growth
You will be responsible for producing content aligned with the overall content strategy, including:
SEO articles and guest posts
Lead magnets (eBooks, whitepapers, and industry reports)
Website and service pages, case studies (supporting the Product Marketing team with copywriting)
2. Conduct Research to Create High-Quality Content
Research and synthesize information from multiple credible sources.
Read and interpret industry reports, technical documentation, and other English-language materials.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineers to translate complex technical knowledge into clear, valuable, and customer-friendly content.
3. Continuously Improve Content Quality
Optimize on-page SEO based on the Growth Team's guidelines.
Update and enhance existing content using performance data and insights.
Propose new ideas to continuously improve content quality, engagement, and business impact.
Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of full-time professional experience in Content Marketing or Content Production.
Proven experience creating content for companies in the IT industry, such as AI, Cloud, Data, Software Development, or IT Outsourcing.
Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices.
Strong research skills, with the ability to gather, evaluate, and organize information in a clear and logical manner.
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and business-friendly content.
Strong English reading comprehension, with the ability to understand technical documentation and industry materials (IELTS 7.0 or above preferred).
Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
