JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop Product Marketing strategies and coordinate Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for new products.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape in VTI's key industries.
Collaborate with the Sales and Product Development teams to develop sales enablement materials and continuously improve products (including optimizing UI/UX, monitoring the customer journey, and gathering customer feedback).
Partner with the PR & Communications, Brand Marketing, and Content Marketing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and product-related content, ensuring customers clearly understand the product's value proposition and key messages.
Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to execute multi-channel product promotion and distribution strategies that support both marketing and business objectives.
Track, analyze, and report on Product Marketing KPIs to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B Marketing for technology products or software solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
Good understanding of product development, UI/UX principles, and the customer journey.
Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing channels, and product growth strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above).
