JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze business requirements and participate in system architecture design.
Develop complex modules across both backend and frontend.
Optimize code and processing logic to achieve high performance.
Fix bugs and collaborate with QA/DevOps during testing and deployment.
Upgrade systems periodically and improve user experience.
Write technical documentation and mentor junior developers.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Information Technology.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in fullstack software development.
Backend: Java Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, WebSocket, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, .NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server/MySQL.
Frontend: Vue.js (Vue 3, Pinia, Element Plus), AngularJS, ReactJS, Winform/WPF.
Experience implementing systems such as ERP, POS/KIOSK, HR, Warehouse, E-commerce.
Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, RESTful API, multithreading, performance tuning.
Proficient with tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD pipeline.
Ability to read and understand technical documents in English, with solid communication skills.
