JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Hands-on experience in testing: Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Databases, and APIs.
2. Strong understanding of software testing processes, testing methodologies, various testing types, and defect (bug) management.
3. Proven experience in developing and managing: Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases throughout the software testing lifecycle.
4. Ability to analyze complex business and system requirements, and apply appropriate test design techniques to ensure comprehensive test coverage against documented requirements.
5. Ability to consolidate and present testing results through clear and concise reports. Capable of identifying, assessing, and communicating project risks related to software quality.
6. Proficient in using project collaboration and test management tools, including JIRA, Confluence/Wiki, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Proactive, open-minded, and quick to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Highly adaptable to changing project requirements, with the ability to quickly acquire domain knowledge and contribute effectively to new projects.
10. Nice to have used to be key Project Member in software development projects.
11. Experience in reviewing team members' test cases and providing technical guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure testing quality and team capability development.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess a bachelor's degree in IT/Mathematics/Computer Science or equivalent professional/technical experience.
At least 4 years of experience in software testing, especially for web/mobile application systems.
At least 3 years of experience in API/Postman testing.
Experience in making test plans, test strategies for the project. Experience and good knowledge of test design.
Experience in training / managing other test members. (nice to have)
Having in-depth experience in function test, non function test, test stages (IT, ST, regression test).
Experience in analyzing, evaluating and reporting on product quality.
Knowledge of SQL and proficient use of SQL.
Good problem solving, organization and time management skills.
Quickly adapt to new environment, good research ability, good team work.
Having worked on systems such as CRM, MARKETING, SALES is an advantage
