JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive server system and attached technical documents.
Monitor server activity daily.
Research and provide solutions to fix problems (if any) for systems.
System security management: prevent unauthorized access and adjust the system.
Perform system inspection and maintenance at the end of the month or at the end of the quarter.
Research, evaluate the database system and offer optimal solutions, fine-tuning measures for the database.
Perform tasks assigned by the Director/Deputy Director, Head/Deputy Director, Director.
Perform research work, learn the system to improve the ability to operate, handle.
Compile documents, procedures, technical regulations on operation.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in IT or equivalent disciplines;
Have about 2-3 years of experience in server systems and storage devices such as Storage, Backup;
Experienced in troubleshooting server systems and storage systems;
Have experience and knowledge in website administration, reverse proxy;
Experienced in script writing;
Experienced in installing, configuring and deploying IT equipment of many different technology firms in the world such as: Symantec, Bidefender, IBM, HP, Dell, AMP, Microsoft, AWS, VMware...
