JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring clear, comprehensive, and timely communication.
Develop project plans and manage scope, schedule, resources, and quality.
Monitor the progress of Business Analysts (BAs), Developers, QC specialists, and other stakeholders.
Organize regular project meetings and compile status reports.
Proactively identify, track, and address issues and risks during implementation.
Manage changes to project requirements, scope, and plans.
Collaborate with BAs and Technical Leads to clarify requirements and align on implementation strategies.
Coordinate with QC teams and clients during testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and final acceptance.
Manage project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely handover and adherence to requirements.
Foster an effective working environment and facilitate collaboration among team members.
Report and escalate issues promptly if they impact project progress or quality.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 2–3 years as a Project Manager or Project Leader.
Experience managing web application or enterprise system development projects.
Experience managing cross-functional teams comprising roles such as BA, Developer, and QC/Tester.
Ability to create and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
Experience managing scope, issues, risks, and change requests.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements and design to development, testing, and release/UAT.
Ability to monitor and control project progress and quality.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to resolve issues and make decisions during project implementation.
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and team leadership capabilities.
Technical background or prior experience as a Developer, BA, or Technical Lead before transitioning to project management.
Experience managing projects in sectors such as Enterprise, Banking, Insurance, Government, ERP, or digital transformation.
Experience with projects involving multiple modules or integrated systems.
Experience working with APIs/system integration, workflows, or data management systems.
Experience implementing projects using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Redmine, Confluence, or similar.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience working with projects involving multiple stakeholders (preferred).
