JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze hiring requirements and develop appropriate recruitment plans for each position• Source, screen, and assess candidates based on hiring requirements• Coordinate and manage interview and selection processes in accordance with company procedures• Manage job postings and recruitment-related communications, contributing to VTI Japan’s employer brand• Build and maintain relationships with universities, vocational schools, student clubs, and organizations in Japan to expand the candidate pool• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned by the manager
REQUIREMENTS
Required experience:• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above, with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively in Japanese• 2+ years of recruitment experience in any industry• Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders• Proactive mindset and willingness to participate in networking activities that support recruitmentPreferred experience:• Experience building and maintaining relationships with universities and vocational schools in Japan, particularly in the IT field• An established network within the IT industry in Japan• Experience in recruitment communications and employer branding
BENEFITS
Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).
Salary Increase: Annually in August.
Housing Allowance: 30,000 yen per month.
Transportation Allowance: Up to 35,000 yen per month.
Client Visit Expenses: 100% of travel expenses for client visits are covered.
Dependent Support: Spouse: 10,000 yen per month. Each child: 10,000 yen per month.
Vacation and Company Travel: One time per year.
Health Check-ups: Annual health check-ups and contributions to social insurance (health, pension, and unemployment) according to Japanese government regulations.
Airfare Subsidy: Round-trip airfare to visit family in Vietnam once a year, fixed amount of 50,000 yen, reimbursed in December.
