Participate in AUTOSAR-compliant automotive software development projects for Japanese clients• Handle software development, AUTOSAR configuration, testing, debugging, and technical issue resolution within the assigned scope• Contribute across development phases including requirement analysis, basic design, detailed design, static verification, unit testing, and integration testing• Develop and test software using C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and other technologies relevant to the assigned scope• Work directly with Japanese clients to clarify requirements, coordinate technical matters, and address issues throughout the development process• Work at client sites in the Nagoya or Yokohama area, depending on the project

Required experience:• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, with the ability to communicate directly with clients and coordinate requirements and technical matters• 2+ years of software development experience in Embedded, MBD, automotive software, or related fields• Practical experience in AUTOSAR-compliant software development• Development experience using C/C++ or MATLAB/SimulinkPreferred experience:• Experience with DaVinci Configurator/Developer, CANoe, or CANalyzer• Experience collaborating with development teams across multiple locations• Experience in client-facing technical coordination, team leadership, or projectmanagement

Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).

Salary Increase: Annually in August.

Housing Allowance: 30,000 yen per month.
