JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze business requirements and clarify requirements with clients, business users, and stakeholders in the Banking & Finance domain.
Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, QA/QC, and Project Managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
Analyze existing business processes (As-Is), design improved processes (To-Be), and identify system requirements.

Business Process Flows / Workflows
Create business models and process diagrams using BPMN, UML, Flowcharts, Wireframes, or equivalent tools.
Collaborate with technical teams to clarify business requirements and resolve issues during development.
Work with QA/QC teams to define and review test scenarios/test cases, and support UAT and product acceptance.
Analyze and validate business data using SQL when required.
Conduct impact analysis for changes in business requirements and system functionality.
Support Product Owners/Project Managers in backlog management, requirement prioritization, and delivery planning.
Participate in analyzing and designing solutions related to Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Deposits, Credit Cards, Customer Management, Accounting/Finance, depending on project requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance & Banking, Economics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in Banking, Finance, or Fintech projects.
Proven experience participating in end-to-end project delivery, covering one or more stages from business analysis and requirement gathering through development, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
Strong hands-on knowledge of the Banking & Finance domain, beyond theoretical knowledge.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
Digital Banking / Mobile Banking / Internet Banking
Payment / Payment Gateway
Technical & Business Analysis Skills
Strong analytical, logical, and system-thinking skills.
Ability to effectively elicit, analyze, clarify, and validate requirements with Business Stakeholders.
Strong experience in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
Ability to model business processes using BPMN/UML/Flowcharts.
Good understanding of APIs, REST API, JSON, databases, and system architecture sufficient to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation are a plus.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, Visio, or equivalent tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong ownership of assigned requirements.
Ability to work independently and effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Good English communication skills, with the ability to understand technical/business documents and communicate with international clients or teams.
Previous experience working for banks, financial institutions, Fintech companies, or payment organizations.
Hands-on experience with Core Banking systems or systems integrated with Core Banking platforms.
Experience in analyzing APIs and system integrations.
Experience working on Digital Transformation projects in the Banking & Finance sector.
Ability to understand English business documents and communicate directly with international clients.
