JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team in developing large-scale software systems for e-Government, digital transformation, and key projects for government agencies, ministries, and enterprises.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Backend and Frontend services using modern software architectures, ensuring high performance, robust security, and scalability. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and DevOps Engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Analyze business requirements, propose technical solutions, and design Backend and Frontend functionalities.
Design, develop, and optimize Backend services using Java and Spring Boot, following RESTful API and Microservices architectures.
Develop user interfaces using React, ensuring application performance, compatibility, and component reusability.
Design data models and optimize SQL queries, database structures, and data processing performance.
Implement authentication, authorization, security mechanisms, and integrations with external systems.
Contribute to software architecture design, coding standards, code reviews, and continuous improvement of code quality.
Collaborate with BA, PM, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle.
Investigate and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior and Mid-level Developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training.
At least 5 years of professional software development experience with Java.
Strong proficiency in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, Microservices, and system integrations.
Practical experience in Frontend development using React.
Experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, with strong SQL optimization and database performance tuning skills.
Good understanding and practical experience with JWT, OAuth2, Maven/Gradle, and common Design Patterns.
Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
