JOB DESCRIPTION
At least 5 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, including experience managing and delivering software development projects.
Proven experience in project planning and management, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality control.
Strong ability to lead, coordinate, and manage project teams while ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders.
Experience in requirements management, change control, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prepare project status reports, maintain project documentation, and report project progress to clients and senior management.
Knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
Strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience managing and delivering IT projects for government agencies, ministries, public-sector organizations, or other government institutions.
Experience with e-Government, digital transformation, or large-scale information system development projects.
Experience working with enterprise clients, Japanese clients, or outsourcing/onsite projects is an advantage.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications are an advantage.
