JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze business requirements and functional specifications, collaborating with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to clarify testing requirements.
Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on project requirements.
Perform software testing, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and other relevant testing activities.
Conduct API testing by validating requests and responses, status codes, returned data, and exception-handling scenarios.
Use SQL and database tools to query, compare, and validate data accuracy and integrity.
Identify, document, classify, and track defects; collaborate with the development team to verify bug fixes.
Prepare test reports, summarize testing results, assess product quality, and communicate potential quality risks to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients and end users during system implementation, providing user guidance, answering questions, and collecting feedback.
Proactively research and apply AI tools to improve testing efficiency, including requirement analysis, test case generation, test data preparation, and workflow optimization.
REQUIREMENTS
More than 3 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Tester.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Hands-on experience in requirement analysis, test case design, test execution, and test reporting.
Practical experience in API testing; proficiency in Postman or equivalent tools is preferred.
Knowledge of databases and experience writing SQL queries to retrieve and validate data.
Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support and guide end users during system implementation.
Ability to use AI tools to support testing activities and improve productivity.
Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
