Xây dựng mối quan hệ sâu sắc với các nhân sự kỹ thuật cấp cao phía khách hàng

Nắm bắt và chia sẻ kiến ​​thức với nhóm về các phương thức hay nhất trong quá trình deliver cho khách hàng

Cộng tác với Enterprise Architect hoặc đội Delivery Architect ở Hà Nội để đem lại hiệu quả, chất lượng tốt nhất

Hỗ trợ phòng kinh doanh trong khâu đấu thầu dự án

Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với AWS

Kiến thức làm việc về các công cụ và phương pháp phát triển phần mềm

Có kinh nghiệm về các giải pháp kiến trúc/vận hành trên AWS

Basic salary: Negotiable based on capacity and experience.

Bonus is offer twice per year in July & December (Based on employees' performance).

Getting salary review once per year (based on achievement).

Travel allowance: 100%, equivalent to the maximum amount of 20,000 JPY per month.

Housing allowance: 50% of your monthly rental fee and it is equivalent to the maximum amount of 30,000 JPY per month.

Dependents’ Allowance: 10,000 JPY per person (according to Japan’s law).

Child benefits is 10,000 JPY per child per month (according to Japan’s law).

Over Time Allowance is calculated based on actual overtime hour and paid as regulated by VTI Japan’s Policy.

We sponsor round-trip airfare to Vietnam for family visit equivalent to 50,000 JPY per year. This allowance is applied for those who work for VTI Japan from the 2nd year officially and the amount will be paid on 31st December annually.
