On the morning of February 23 — the first working day of the new year — the atmosphere at VTI officially shifted into “full-acceleration mode.” From the office lobby to every corner of the workspace, cheerful laughter, warm New Year handshakes, and the excited smiles of VTIans came together to kick off a highly anticipated journey into 2026.

The 2026 New Year Kickoff is not merely an annual tradition, but a moment for each individual to “recharge their horsepower” — to awaken inner strength, determination, and the aspiration to break through. After a long holiday, reuniting with colleagues, exchanging heartfelt New Year wishes, and sharing renewed energy have strengthened team spirit and reinforced a collective readiness to move forward with confidence.

🌟 Drums rolling, lions dancing, and the God of Wealth. The festive drumbeats echoed energetically as powerful yet graceful movements filled the space with excitement. Thunderous applause and delighted smiles blended together, amplifying the positive energy for a vibrant start to the year.

 🖌 “Xin chữ Ông đồ” (Calligraphy Wishing). Each stroke of the brush at the beginning of the year is offered with care and intention. Every character carries not only wishes for Luck – Peace – Success, but also serves as a reminder of the goals, aspirations, and commitments we set for ourselves in 2026.

🎯 “Chạm Lộc Đầu Xuân” Minigame. Joyful cheers filled the room as lucky “lộc” rewards were claimed. Everyone hoped to “capture the good fortune” and gather as much positive energy as possible — setting the tone for a vibrant and enthusiastic start to the new year.

🎁 Lucky Draw. The moment of suspense as everyone awaited their names to be called made the entire hall burst into excitement. The joy of the new year came not only from the gifts themselves, but from the shared emotions and the collective celebration that brought everyone closer together. 

🧧 The Board of Management personally presented lì xì to employees, handing out lucky red envelopes along with heartfelt New Year wishes. The bright smiles across the room reflected not only joy, but also a deep sense of connection, trust, and shared determination to achieve even greater goals together in the year ahead.

With that moment, 2026 has officially begun.
