With the mission of "Creating Value through Technology," VTI is currently pursuing the goal of expanding its workforce to 3000 employees by 2025. Alongside this goal of scaling up our workforce, we place significant emphasis and investment in building and training a talented team.

This commitment is evident through our participation in various Job Fair programs at universities. Kicking off this year's Job Fair season for VTI was the event at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) on April 21st. Despite the scorching weather, our VTI booth was vibrant and lively, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of students.

At the event, our VTI representatives (#VTI) answered questions from PTIT students (#PTITers), provided career advice, and helped them build development pathways for the future. We hope that the insights shared by VTI have provided additional motivation for students to maximize their potential and prepare solidly for their careers at VTI and in the field of Information Technology in the near future.
