VTI always designs internal training courses and along with speciallized courses provided by our trusted partners. We focus on specific topics such as: PMF, AI, Data, AWS, Agile Scrum, Japanese and Problem-solving skills.

VTI Radio is broadcasted at 13:00, 15:30, and 17:30 everyday. This has been a traditional remark in VTI-er's hearts. Apart from broadcasting important information from the BOD to the employees, the radio also delivers love and streams catchy music, making sure that VTIer can feel relaxed during working hours.

At VTI, team building activities are top priorities. That's why, every quarter, our members can use the budget supported by the company to travel, dine, or simply hang out in order to increase their friendship bonds.

Developers at VTI not only perform outstandingly with intellectual tasks, but they also focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. At VTI, you can join various clubs: Football, Volleyball, Swimming, Kendo, Zumba, Yoga, ...etc.

At VTI, we are equipped with coffee machines, with vending machines coming in the near future. Apart from that, our company offers evening snacks, instant noodle, bread, etc... so that our developers don't have to worry about their empty stomaches in the early morning or evening OT.

Each year, VTI organizes music nights where talents are no other than our lovely members, this is the chance for our staffs to shine and show the world their passions, including but not limited to: May Rain, Winter 2019, ...etc.
