Work on business system development projects for Japanese clients, taking on responsibilities aligned with your experience and skill set
Develop enterprise web systems and business applications
Handle detailed design, development, unit testing, integration testing, maintenance, and operations
Support basic design, requirement clarification, specification review, and design document preparation/review depending on project scope
Coordinate specifications, progress, and quality matters with Japan-side stakeholders
Collaborate with offshore development teams when required
Project assignment will be determined based on your experience, technical background, and language capability
Gain opportunities to grow into SE, BrSE, upstream engineering, or PM support roles through development projects for the Japanese market

ĐÃI NGỘ
Thưởng 2 lần/năm (tháng 7 và tháng 12)
Tăng lương 1 lần/năm (tháng 8 hàng năm)
Hỗ trợ tiền nhà 3man/tháng.
Hỗ trợ tiền tàu tối đa 3,5man/tháng.
Hỗ trợ 100% chi phí di chuyển đi thăm hỏi khách hàng.
Hỗ trợ người phụ thuộc vợ/chồng 1man/1 tháng.
Hỗ trợ phụ thuộc vợ chồng, con cái, mỗi bé 1 man/1 tháng.
Hưởng chế độ nghỉ hè, du lịch công ty 1 năm/1 lần.
Được khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm và đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định của chính phủ Nhật Bản.
Chế độ tài trợ vé máy bay khứ hồi về Việt Nam thăm gia đình 1 năm/ 1 lần (Cố định 5 man và trả vào tháng 12 hàng năm).
Các chế độ phúc lợi khác như tiền mừng, hiếu hỷ, thăm viếng.
Chế độ thai sản tại Nhật và hưởng phụ cấp theo chế độ từ chính sách bảo hiểm của chính phủ Nhật.
