On October 6, 2026, VTI was delighted to welcome students from Vietnam Japan University – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VJU) to VTI Building for a company visit and hands-on experience of the real working environment as part of the Company Tour 2026 program.

The program offered students an opportunity to step beyond the familiar academic environment and gain first-hand exposure to a professional workplace, while developing a practical understanding of how a technology company operates. Through their experience at VTI, students were able to gain deeper insights into the working environment of the Information Technology industry, as well as the expectations, skills, and career opportunities available to young talents.

As part of the program, VTI representatives accompanied VJU students through a range of practical activities, including:

• Touring the workspace and gaining a closer look at the real working environment at VTI Building.
• Learning more about VTI, its areas of expertise in Information Technology, emerging technology trends, and the evolving landscape of the IT talent market.
• Exploring VTI’s corporate culture, development opportunities for young talents, as well as internship and career opportunities at VTI.
• Engaging in direct discussions with VTI representatives about career orientation, essential skills, and the preparation needed to enter the job market with greater confidence.

In addition to the office tour, the interactive discussion and Q&A session gave students the opportunity to raise questions and share their interests regarding the technology industry, the corporate working environment, and their future career development.

Through Company Tour 2026, VTI hopes that these first-hand experiences will provide students with a broader and more practical perspective on the Information Technology industry, helping them better understand the capabilities they need to develop and identify suitable directions for their future career journeys.

VTI believes that every real-world experience today can become a valuable piece of the journey, helping young people gradually strengthen their knowledge, develop essential skills, and build greater readiness before officially entering a professional working environment.

VTI sincerely thanks the faculty members and students of Vietnam Japan University – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VJU) for taking the time to visit and engage with us at VTI Building. We hope the program provided meaningful experiences and memorable moments for everyone involved.

We look forward to welcoming you again at future VTI programs — and perhaps, one day, we may meet again in a new role, as colleagues growing and moving forward together at VTI.
