On October 29, 2026, VTI welcomed lecturers and students from the School of Information and Communications Technology – Hanoi University of Science and Technology (SoICT – HUST) to VTI Building for a corporate visit and networking session.
As part of VTI’s ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration between businesses and universities, the program provided students with an opportunity to experience a professional working environment firsthand and explore career development opportunities in the Information Technology (IT) industry.

Committed to supporting the next generation of technology professionals, VTI organizes corporate visits to help students gain practical insights into the workplace, understand corporate culture, and explore the expectations and requirements of the IT industry.
During the visit, SoICT – HUST students had the opportunity to tour VTI’s office, learn about the company’s working environment and corporate culture, and gain insights into real-world practices in the technology sector.

Through these firsthand experiences, students were able to develop a clearer understanding of the professional environment they may enter after graduation, helping them make more informed decisions about their learning journeys and future career paths.
One of the highlights of the program was the interactive Q&A session between students and VTI representatives. The students’ thoughtful questions and active participation created an open and engaging atmosphere for discussion and knowledge sharing.

Through this exchange, students gained further insights into the professional competencies and essential skills required in technology-driven organizations, as well as internship and employment opportunities available to young talent.

The session also allowed VTI to better understand students’ expectations and interests regarding the workplace, further strengthening the connection between industry and academia in developing a high-quality technology workforce.
At VTI, university engagement is an integral part of our commitment to sustainable talent development. By creating opportunities for students to connect with businesses early in their academic journeys, we aim to help them gain practical experience and prepare for their future careers.
We believe that combining academic knowledge with real-world experience enables young professionals to adapt more effectively to the workplace, continuously develop their skills, and confidently take their first steps into the job market.
VTI would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the lecturers and students from SoICT – HUST for joining the VTI Company Tour 2026. We hope the visit to VTI Building provided valuable insights and inspiration as they continue to explore opportunities and pursue their careers in the IT industry.

VTI Careers looks forward to welcoming students to future engagement activities and creating more opportunities for learning, professional exploration, and career development together.
