On October 27, 2026, VTI had the pleasure of welcoming faculty members and students from Phenikaa School of Computing to VTI Building for a company visit and an opportunity to explore VTI’s working environment. The visit provided students with valuable exposure to the corporate world, helping them connect academic knowledge with practical experience and gain a clearer perspective on career opportunities in the Information Technology (IT) industry.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to explore VTI Building, learn about the company’s culture, and gain insights into the daily working environment of technology professionals. This firsthand experience offered a closer look at a professional workplace and how academic knowledge can be applied in real-world projects.

The program also featured several practical and informative activities:
Discovering VTI and the IT Industry: Learning about VTI, its business areas, and its working environment.

Bridging Academic Knowledge and Practical Experience: Gaining insights into workplace expectations and the essential skills needed to adapt to a professional environment.
Career Orientation: Exploring internship opportunities, career prospects, and potential development paths for students interested in the technology sector.
Interactive Discussions and Q&A: Exchanging ideas, asking questions, and gaining practical insights into the workplace and the skills needed to prepare for entering the job market.

The students’ enthusiasm, curiosity, and active participation contributed to an engaging and energetic atmosphere, fostering meaningful exchanges between the academic community and the business sector.

At VTI, collaboration with universities is an important part of creating opportunities for students to gain practical exposure, better understand industry expectations, and take their first steps toward building their future careers.
Through company visits and other university engagement activities, VTI aims to provide meaningful experiences that broaden students’ perspectives on the IT industry, help them discover their strengths, and encourage them to prepare for future career opportunities. These initiatives also allow VTI to connect with promising young talent and contribute to the development of the next generation of IT professionals.

VTI would like to express its sincere appreciation to the faculty members and students from Phenikaa School of Computing for visiting VTI Building and participating in the program. We hope this experience has offered fresh perspectives, inspired new ideas, and encouraged students to continue learning and growing as they pursue their career aspirations.
